Will Gurley, co-founder and president of Northside Brokers, has been in real estate in metro Atlanta for 29 years and has been licensed as an associate broker/broker for 26 years. He began his career working for three different companies over a twelve year period, gaining valuable experience and knowledge of the business. In 1989 he founded Will Gurley REALTORSŪ, which he still operates today primarily dealing with investment property.
Over the course of his career he has been very active in and supportive of the Atlanta Board of REALTORSŪ, serving as President of Young REALTORSŪ, Director of the Atlanta Board, and Chairman of the Equal Opportunity Committee. He is a 1999 recipient of the Phoenix Award.
Will currently serves as vice chairman of the City of Alpharetta Planning Commission, director of the Ed Isakson Alpharetta YMCA, and executive vice president of the Betty and Davis Fitzgerald Foundation.
