Residential Property
Our Residential Property business provides a broad range of marketing and advisory services to a diverse group of individuals, families and corporations. The activities of our Residential Property segment are divided into two components: Residential Sales Services and Residential Purchase Services.
- Residential Sales Services
The services we provide our for-sale residential clients include property marketing, advisory, contract negotiation and transfer services.
- Residential Purchase Services
The services we provide our purchasing clients include prequalification, informative property tours, material aspect advisory, and contract negotiation.
- Residential Leasing & Property Management
Northside Brokers provides extensive residential leasing and property management services to a wide range of clients. We service clients with needs ranging from short-term single-unit property management to long-term multi-property investment portfolios. We provide comprehensive oversight and accounting for your real estate investment needs.
Referral Services
Our Referral Services business facilitates customer transactions both in Atlanta and throughout the nation. Through our subsidiary Northside Referral Services, LLC, our agents provide property information and advisory services to customers who are transferring their primary residence either into or out of the metro Atlanta area. In addition, we engage in contact-based and electronic market linking as a specialist in Atlanta area property. In connection with our Residential Property and other real estate activities, we ensure successful customer transactions directly and through our contacts elsewhere.
Our Referral Services division also engages in intensive prequalification of homeowner service providers as an added benefit to our clients.
