Tradition & Innovation

For more than three decades in the twentieth century, some of Atlanta 's most respected names in real estate belonged to a brokerage called Northside Realty. In 2002 Northside Realty was bought out by a national conglomerate, leaving many in the Atlanta real estate industry without a company they could truly call home.

Two years later a group of local real estate agents acquired the corporate entity "Northside Realty, Inc." and began building a company with Atlanta agents in mind.

Out of deference to the former company, a different title was chosen for the new enterprise: Northside Brokers. It is a name that recalls the past but also signifies new beginnings for a new company.

In 2006 Northside opened its first office in Marietta , Georgia and has been growing strong ever since.

We believe in giving back to the communities in which we work. Social responsibility takes many forms at Northside Brokers. Company-wide events and our strong emphasis on individual service are very important aspects of what we do.

How We Practice Real Estate

Though our associates have many different areas of specialty, we operate as a single firm with a single culture. We share common attitudes, values, and practices, and have created an environment that promotes teamwork.
